1) Development of personal and professional management competencies
- development of managerial skills in working with volunteers in the field of culture
- organization of volunteer events in institutions with the aim of creating an atmosphere of openness in institutions, attracting new visitors (conducting excursions, master classes, ensuring the work of lecture halls, meeting guests);
- organization of research activities (assistance in accounting and inventory of museum items, preparation of exhibitions and selection of materials, description of new acquisitions, assistance to researchers, transcript and translation of texts
2) Working with the volunteer community in the field of culture
- identification of volunteer initiatives, incl. at the municipal level, assistance in the development of projects, the formation of applications for obtaining grant support;
- promotion and support of flagship projects of the public movement "Culture Volunteers";
- development and implementation of projects aimed at supporting potentially creative people
- creation of a community of cultural volunteers

3) Preservation of cultural heritage, restoration of historical and cultural monuments
- popularization of preservation and restoration of cultural heritage sites;
- rendering assistance to the state authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the formation and maintenance of a unified state register of cultural heritage objects (historical and cultural monuments);
- collection and systematization of archival information and artifacts;
- conducting educational work with residents of their region;
- assistance in the restoration of cultural monuments;
- holding discussions, lectures, conversations about the importance of preserving the cultural (tangible and intangible) heritage of countries

- Capable citizens of the Russian Federation, as well as foreign citizens and persons over the age of 18
- Heads, employees and members of volunteer and volunteer associations, members of the public movement "Volunteers of Culture" AVC, regional coordinators of the public movement "Volunteers of Culture", employees of cultural institutions, representatives of government bodies in charge of the development of the federal program "Volunteers of Culture" and youth representatives wishing to join to the volunteer movement

How are participants selected?
The selection of participants is based on three criteria:
- experience of volunteering in the field of culture;
- motivation letter;
- level of English - Intermediate (welcomed).
To participate in the Event, each applicant must submit an application to the Site.
The applicant must have experience of participating in volunteer events in the field of culture, confirmed in his personal account on the Site, as a volunteer or organizer.
The applicant must prepare a motivation letter
and justify the need for and interest in participating in the offline part of the event.
Level of English - Intermediate

As part of the trend sessions, the participants of the Youth Volunteer Camp will develop a document on the basis of which further work with the international volunteer community will be built.
